Craig was born in Hobart, Tasmania. Here he played guitar and sang in a few local original and cover bands covering many genres. It was this that led him to his passion of Audio Engineering, studying the art at SAE (School of Audio Engineering) so he could record himself and others.
Moving to Melbourne gave Craig even more opportunities to further his experience and career. Meeting some industry icons and getting to work with them he has since gained some invaluable knowledge and insight into the whole recording process. This is evident in the evolution of the work that has been produced.
Craig has encountered projects that range from solo singer songwriters, rappers, rock bands to full orchestral works. Releases have been local and some major national radio play. Not shy of fully immersing himself into a job, Craig can help with all aspects of the project including CD artwork and photography to some video production as well.
With a powerful studio base at home Craig can remotely mix and master your project all while staying completely transparent through the process – giving you regular updates and examples. Happy to meet either in person or via Skype to co-ordinate.
Craig is also right at home in large studio environments. With access to a number of studio locations throughout Melbourne – including some top session and live musicians to get your backing track sorted – Craig can record even the biggest bands.
